Pleasantview Township is one of the many Townships in Emmet County Michigan. North Country Scenic Trail
Forty-six miles of the 4,600 mile National Scenic Trail is in Harbor Springs and Pleasantview Township. The trail is the longest national scenic trail that offers year round recreation opportunities. The trail starts in New York and ends in North Dakota linking 7 states, 10 national forests, and 150 public lands. Emmet County Recycling Center
Visit the The Emmet County Recycling Center for information about waste disposal, recycling, composting, shredding, and appointments for disposing of paints and other caustic items. The website lists items that are, and are NOT recyclable. Not all plastic is recyclable. Pizza boxes are generally difficult to, or are not recyclable, particularly when grease and cheese have stained the cardboard. So, let’s put waste in the right place so the Center can continue keeping our community clean!
